The beauty of existence is that it lets you experience everything life has to offer: laughter, tears, elegance, simplicity, love, hate, friends, strangers, nature, technology, photographs, music.. Everything etched in memories that last forever.
Just finished a mood board session yesterday with Carl & Anna for their December wedding. In contrast to the standard activity wherein the planner comes up with the mood board, I changed the strategy this time.
I believe, given the couple’s personality & differing tastes, the mood board should be a collective effort between the planner & the couple. So, for this wedding, I just came up with a single coherent theme based on my interview with them. I then gathered pictures & ideas that I think fit the theme in one way or the other. These pictures are then what I showed them for both their appreciation & dis-appreciation.
The result: an interactive & refreshing mood board session with the couple’s active participation, & with their personality, likes & dislikes on full display.
The output: a mood board that they can personally call their own.😊💗
